Our 2026 sustainability commitments

We have published our 2026 sustainability commitments — five measurable promises covering responsible sourcing, packaging, energy and community investment.

Headline commitments include guaranteed fair pricing across our outgrower network, agronomy training for more than 1,200 growers this season, and plastic-reduction pilots across our own-label FMCG packaging.

“We are a young company, and that is our advantage — we can build responsibly from day one rather than retrofit later,” said our leadership team. “These commitments are public, so our customers and farmers can hold us to them.”
